Reverend Sharon Faye New Holy-Arrowchis was born on September 28, 1957, north of Manderson to Ambrose & Keva (Ghost) New Holy. Sharon made her journey to the Spirit World on July 14, 2021, in Ogden, UT.
Sharon grew up in Manderson, SD and attended Manderson day school until the 7th grade and joined the Mormon Church. From the 8th grade until her senior year, Sharon lived in Boise, ID with her foster parents.
Sharon is survived by her children, Anthony & Corey (Robin); daughter, Keri; grandchildren, Erinn (Tyler), Ariya, Nellie, and Phil; husband, Wayne Wilson and the father of her children, Johnny Arrowchis; brothers, Gary, Charlie, and Wesley, Sr.; extended brothers, Danial Jr., Johnson, Percy, and Alex; sisters, Nancy, Dianne, Judy, and Trudy; extended sisters, Bernadine, Evelyn, Kathy, Mary, and Carolyn; hunka brothers, Jeff McDonald and Doug Spotted Eagle; she also leaves behind beautiful memories with nephews, nieces, cousins, and all extended relatives including many friends.
Sharon was preceded in death by her grandparents, Joseph & Julie (Kills At Lodge) New Holy, Frank & Julie (Jones) Ghost; parents, Ambrose & Keva (Ghost) New Holy; sisters, Eileen, Andrea, and Ruby; and brothers, Raymond “Ringo”, Lecala, Wakan, and Ambrose, Jr.
