Samantha Jo Touche was born on October 31, 1984 in Rapid City, SD to Phillip Touche and Michelle Red Cloud. Samantha made her journey to the Spirit World on January 22, 2022 near Manderson, SD.
Samantha is survived by her mother, Michelle Red Cloud; father, Phillip Touche; daughters, Valaria Laurel Twiss and Taylor Twiss; sons, Ramon Twiss and Angelo Brown Bear; and siblings, Loretta Red Cloud, Paul John Red Cloud, Warren Red Cloud, and Lindsey Touche.
Samantha was preceded in death by her father, Henry Jumping Eagle; uncles, Ronnie Jumping Eagle, Larry Jumping Eagle, and William “Billy” Jumping Eagle; grandmothers, Rebecca Jumping Eagle and Valaria Apple.
Pallbearers will be Angelo Brown Bear, April Poor Bear, Kit Kaline, Chauncey Brown, Jaime “Pumba” Lewis, Allison White Thunder, Derek Steele, George Jumping Eagle, Sr., Troy Red Cloud, Jr., Makale Red Cloud, and Lindsey Touche.
Honorary pallbearers will be special friend, Martin Black Tail Deer, Kyle White Hawk, Allison Ponca, Charlie Steele, Ivan White Plume, Isiral Janis, Joe Sierra, Sr., Ann Poor Bear, Rosebud White Plume, Ponca White Plume, Kim LaDeaux, and All Friends & Relatives.
