SD Sets COVID-19 Active Case Record For 7th Straight Day

South Dakota set a record for active COVID-19 cases for the 7th straight day on Monday at 8,388 cases.

        The state health dept reported 567 new confirmed cases for 33,269 with an additional 191 recoveries for a total of at 25,125.

There are 304 people currently hospitalized and the death toll stays at 323 – including 100 this month alone.

       The Wyoming Department of Health’s Monday count was 251 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 with 153 recoveries and no deaths, taking the number of active cases to a record high 2,070. Statewide totals are 7,924 cawses, 57 deaths, and over 5,800 recoveries.
