The Crawford Rams used an explosive second quarter to come from behind and earn a 46-33 victory over the Sioux County Warriors Tuesday.

Sioux County, who has yet to win a contest this year, opened with an 11-4 lead after the first period. The Rams, however, quickly turned things around in the second quarter with a 25-9 run, including 10 points by Hays Frahm. Those eight minutes were enough to keep the game out of reach for Sioux County even as the pace slowed in the second half.

Crawford added 10 points in the third and capped the game with another seven, while Sioux County added 13 points in the entire second half. Frahm led the Rams with 22 points, and Roman Metz added 10. Sioux County’s Cy Hughson, in his second game back after an injury sidelined him for most of 2021, scored 17 for the Warriors. Sam Skavdahl had 11 for the Warriors.
