Broncos Above .500 For First Time In More Than 1,000 Days

The Denver Broncos’ win over the New York Giants puts them in some rarified air.

This marks the first time in more than 1,000 days that they’ve been above .500. And it marks the first September victory for third-year head coach Vic Fangio.

The Broncos’ only blemish from their dominant win at the Meadowlands was the high ankle sprain suffered by top receiver Jerry Jeudy. He’ll be sidelined for a while but the Broncos feel fortunate it wasn’t a season-ending injury for their second-year star from Alabama.

Up next is a trip to Jacksonville.
