Original Story:

The Chadron High football team will look to accomplish something that they haven’t been able to do since 2014, knock off the Valentine Badgers.

The Cardinals bring in a perfect 2-0 record while the Badgers are just 0-1, losing their season opener last week to O’Neill after their game on August 28th was cancelled out of caution due to COVID-19.

Chadron High head coach Mike Lecher said he expects the same style of play out of Valentine that they’ve seen over the past few seasons, and tonight’s game all comes down to preparation.
