Chadron’s Kenzie Pourier and Norah Winckler had top 15 finishes as the Cardinals recorded their best team score of the season with a 462 at the Scottsbluff Golf Invite on Tuesday.
Pourier shot a 106 to take 11th and Winckler was three strokes back with a 109 to grab 15th.
Once again Scottsbluff dominated the individual and team races as Anna Kelley fired a winning round of 78 and the Bearcats cleared runner-up York by 89 strokes with a 327.
Chadron’s score of 462 placed them 5th, a stroke in front of Ogallala.
Chadron will host their own invite next Tuesday at Ridgeview Country Club.
