Chadron Juniors To Face Ogallala In Area Tourney Opener

The bracket has been released for this weekend’s Junior Legion Class B Area 7 baseball tournament in Chadron.

Alliance sits atop the bracket as the #1 seed and will receive a bye in the double elimination bracket.

The host Chadron FNBO Nationals are the #4 seed and face 3rd seeded Ogallala on Friday at 7:00 pm.

2nd seeded Gering and 3rd seeded Sidney play in Friday’s other contest at 4:00 pm.

The Chadron/Ogallala winner plays the Gering/Sidney winner on Saturday at 7:00 pm while the Chadron/Ogallala loser squares off with Alliance in the 4:00 pm game on Saturday.

The tourney will wrap up with a championship game on Tuesday.
