Dunbar Picked For Shrine Bowl

Chadron’s Dawson Dunbar has been selected to the 64th Nebraska Shrine Bowl football game in Kearney.

He was one of three Panhandle players picked, joining Scottsbluff teammates Trevor Schwartz and Chance Symons.

Dunbar helped lead Chadron to their first undefeated regular season since the late 2000’s and their first home playoff game in four years.

Dunbar rushed for 1167 during his Senior season and found the end zone 18 times.

The Shrine Bowl will be hosted at the University of Nebraska-Kearney on June 4th.
