Five Chadron State College golfers were named to the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference academic honor roll on Wednesday, as a result of their work in the classroom.
Honor roll recipients must carry a minimum 3.3 cumulative grade point average and have completed at least two semesters at their current school. Grades were compiled through the fall semester of 2020.
All five golfers comprised the team which set new school records this season with an 18-hole team score of 311 and a 36-hole team score of 625, both at the RJGA Palm Valley Classic, in Goodyear, Ariz., one month ago.
Kate Keuss of Regis University was selected by the league’s sports information director as the RMAC Academic Golfer of the Year.
