Former Chadron High all-state basketball player Olivia Reed has signed her letter of intent with Colorado Mesa.

Reed helped lead Chadron to the C1 girls state basketball tournament in 2019 before her family made the move to Colorado where she took Windsor High School to a state runner-up finish last season.

Reed averaged just over 18 points and 7 rebounds a game in her final year as a Cardinal her Sophomore season.

She averaged 14 points and 10 rebounds as a Junior last year at Windsor on their run to the 4A state championship game.

The Mavericks are directed by 10th year head coach Taylor Wagner who has led Mesa to five NCAA tourney appearances.
