The boys game was close knit the entire night. The game stayed within single digits with the Red Raider lead growing to nine at the half, but Gordon-Rushville chipped away before falling 46-41. The Mustangs will meet Ord at 3:45 this afternoon. The Alliance boys and girls split games at the Broken Bow Tournament on Monday. In the boys bracket Alliance beat Broken Bow 57-47 while the girls contest went to Broken Bow 61-14. The boys championship today will be Alliance and Adams Central with the girls 3rd place game featuring Alliance and Boone Central/Newman Grove.
