The Cowgirls used an explosive opening quarter en route to a 29-11 halftime lead. Hay Springs returned the favor in the third, cutting the deficit down to five heading to the final eight minutes. Hay Springs trailed by a point at 45-44 with 1:35 left in the game before Ravenscroft outscored the Lady Hawks 6-2 down the stretch. Joce Varvel dropped in 12 points to lead Hay Springs. Mia Skinner added 11 and Sam Toof had 10. Hay Springs will travel to Potter-Dix on Saturday.
