Holiday Tournament Roundup: Crawford Girls Win Cambridge Championship

The Crawford girls have now won seven in a row after they took down Mullen 48-31 in the championship of the Cambridge Tournament on Wednesday.

Meanwhile the Crawford boys suffered their 8th loss in their last 9 falling 68-29 to Dundy County-Stratton in the 3rd place game.

The next three games for the Rams are all out-of state opponents including their January 6th game against Edgemont that can be heard on our FM station 107.7 KBPY.

The Gordon-Rushville boys fell short against Sidney in the championship of the Cabela’s Holiday Tournament 51-45. It was Gordon-Rushville’s first loss of the season.

The Gordon-Rushville girls fended off Mitchell in overtime 49-43 to capture 3rd place.

Sidney won the girls championship over Chase County 48-34.

The Alliance boys were 3rd place at the Boone Central Holiday Tournament claiming a 50-43 win over Broken Bow.

The Alliance girls fell short in their 3rd place game, losing to Boone Central 43-33.

Gering’s boys and girls split 3rd place games at the Gothenburg Holiday Tournament against Lawrence-Nelson.

The girls won 56-20 and the boys lost 54-47.
