Jernigan Signs With Broncos 2 Days After Being Cut By Jaguars

The Denver Broncos have signed defensive lineman Timmy Jernigan, who was released by the Jacksonville Jaguars earlier in the week.

The Broncos needed reinforcements after losing several more players to injury. Most notable was five-time Pro Bowl defensive lineman Jurrell Casey, who will miss the rest of the season after suffering a biceps tendon injury in the Broncos’ 28-10 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

The Broncos visit the New York Jets on Thursday night in a matchup of two 0-3 teams.
