Lock Preparing For Another Start With Bridgewater Still Out

The Denver Broncos are preparing for quarterback Drew Lock to make his second straight start in place of Teddy Bridgewater.

Coach Vic Fangio said Wednesday that Bridgewater remains in concussion protocol so Lock is likely the starter Sunday when the Broncos visit the Chargers.

Lock made his first start last week and didn’t turn the ball over but didn’t throw any touchdown passes in a 17-13 loss at Las Vegas that all but eliminated the Broncos from playoff contention.

Lock says the Broncos’ goal is to win their last two games and snap a streak of four consecutive losing seasons.
