Nebraska Boys State Tourney Begins Today


The Nebraska boys state basketball team starts its five day run in Lincoln today with Class A and two Class B games.

Norris and Blair are up first this morning at 8:00 am followed by Platteview and Elkhorn, both games in Class B.

The afternoon session features Millard North against Millard South at 12:30 in Class A and then Lincoln Pius faces Millard West.

Bellevue West and Lincoln East lead off the evening games which will be capped off by Creighton Prep and Papillion-LaVista South.

Bridgeport, the Panhandle’s only representation at the boys tournament, will play defending C2 champion BRLD on Wednesday at 5:30 pm while Mullen faces Falls City Sacred Heart on Wednesday at 3:00 pm.
