Despite 25 points from Nebraska’s Sam Haiby, Minnesota lit up the Huskers for 15 three pointers in a 76-71 come from behind win.
The loss is Nebraska’s first at home this season.
Nebraska had built a five point lead, 64-59, with just over six minutes left in the game. Less than two minutes later the Golden Gophers had grabbed a 67-64 lead.
Nebraska would tie it up at 68 with 1:08 remaining, but Minnesota would use free throws down the stretch to close out the game.
