The Chadron High football team will hit the road five times in 2022. The new schedules for the 2022 and 2023 seasons were released on Wednesday morning by the Nebraska School Activities Association.
The Cardinals will open the season on the road at Gordon-Rushville and then return home for back to back games against Gering and Mitchell.
Weeks four and five are road trips to Valentine and Gothenburg. The Cards welcome Sidney in week six and travel to Ogallala in week seven.
The two new district opponents close out the final two weeks. Chadron will host Alliance and then go to McCook to close out the regular season.
The opponents and weeks will remain the same in 2023 with the home and away portion flipped around.
