Panhandle basketball journeyman Dru Kuxhausen has found the school that he’ll finish the remainder of his collegiate career at. That’ll be the University of Northern Colorado.
Kuxhausen began his career at Chadron State after graduating from Scottsbluff High School in 2017. After one season in Chadron under the direction of Houston Reed, he left for Western Nebraska Community College and coach Cory Fehringer.
Following his JUCO year with the Cougars Kuxhausen committed and played the next two years at McNeese State where he made a nation leading 199 three pointers and averaged 13 points per game.
In committing to UNC, Kuxhausen will rejoin both Coach Reed and Coach Fehringer who are now assistants for head coach Steve Smiley.
