Three Chadron State College men’s cross country runners, and four from the women’s team, were listed on the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference All-Academic honor roll, released Thursday in the league’s annual academic release.

The honor roll is reserved for student-athletes in their second year of competition or above, who have a cumulative 3.3 or better grade point average.

The men honored for their work in the classroom are redshirt freshman Cale Schafer, sophomore Noah Burtis, and sophomore Logan Moravec.

The female runners are redhirt freshmen Tukker Romey, Hannah Wilkie, and Audrey Grinnan, along with senior Sydney Settles.

Both Burtis and Moravec earned their second nomination. Settles now has five, including her participation in track and field.

The RMAC also named 2021 Academic Runners of the Year. They are Zoe Baker and Duncan Fuehne of Colorado School of Mines.
