A one-night wake service starts Friday, May 6, at noon at the Native Voice Ministries, Wolf Creek Community.
Stacey Lynn Randall was born on February 7, 1983, in Pine Ridge, SD, to Michael Randall Sr and Theodora “Yo-Yo” Yellow Boy. She made her journey to the Spirit World on April 28, 2022, at the Monument Health Hospital in Rapid City, SD.
Stacey grew up in the Wolf Creek Community and attended grade school at Wolf Creek Elementary, where she graduated the 8th grade. She attended Pine Ridge High School through the 10th grade before having to take care of her grandmother, brother, nieces, & nephews.
Stacey raised her hunka children: Andr’es Yellow Horse, Caspian Yellow Horse, Jimpson Yellow Horse Jr, Eliza “Pretty Girl” Johnson, Ezra Johnson, and Elora Johnson.
Stacey is survived by her siblings, Robert Yellow Boy, Michael Randall, Concette Kelly, and Conrad Yellow Boy; nieces, Sophia (Wanbli) Yellow Boy, Alon Standing Soldier, Jr., Kayla Eagle Bull, Kaylee Randall, Hannah Kelly, Gayle Kelly, Quentin Warrior, Tanner Warrior, and numerous nieces, nephews, & cousins.
Stacey was preceded in death by her parents, Michael Randall, Sr. and Theodore “Yo-Yo” Yellow Boy; grandparents, Sophia Hannah Yellow Boy, Eugene “Toka” Homer; sister, Peggy Sue Yellow Boy; and nephews, David Standing Soldier, Ty Homer and Leland Homer.
