Memorial services for 64-year old Susanna Two Bulls-Shockey are Monday, Dec 20, 2021 at noon at the Red Shirt Table New Gym in Red Shirt, SD, with Pastor Story and Mr Hermus Poor Thunder officiating and traditional Lakota services by Ms Darla Black

Burial is at the 7th Day Adventist Cemetery in Red Shirt.

A two-night wake service starts Sat, Dec 18, at 1:00, also at the Red Shirt Table New Gym. 

Susanna Rose Two Bulls-Shockey “Oyate Wanyankapi Win”  ~ The People Who See Her ~ was born on July 20, 1957 in the #4 Community near Pine Ridge, SD to LaVern & Gladys (Red Breath Bear) Two Bulls. Susanna made her journey to the Spirit World on December 8, 2021 in Hermosa, SD.

Susanna is survived by her spouse, Donnie Shockey; daughters, Alice (Bernard) Two Bulls and Roylynn Chief Eagle; sons, Wayne “Turtle” (Mary) Chief Eagle, Thomas (Susan) Chief Eagle, Chris Shockey, and Donnie “Bubba” Shockey, Jr.; siblings, Pansy (Two Bulls) Weasel Bear, Colette (Frank) Two Bulls, Kevin (Majorie) Two Bulls, Orlando Two Bulls, Marilynn Bradley, and Mary Poor Thunder; uncle, Delbert Yellow Horse; aunt, Iris Yellow Horse; and numerous nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.

Susanna was preceded in death by her parents, LaVern and Gladys (Red Breath Bear) Two Bulls; sisters, Faith L. Two Bulls and Henrietta Two Bulls; daughter, Lucille C. Chief Eagle; and grandparents, Charles & Mary Red Breath Bear, Wilbert & Delphine (Two Bulls) Yellow Horse, Steven Star Comes Out, and Sylvester Bad Cobb.

Pallbearers will be Jake Yellow Horse, Chris Cuny, Marlon Yellow Boy, William “Bill” Ten Fingers, Treon Middletent, Jacob Two Bulls, Noah Kills Enemy, Andrew Slow Bear III, Maza Steele, Samuel Fast Wolf, Michael Rooks, Chris Shockey, Mary Weasel Bear, and Thomas Chief Eagle.
