Tamera Lynn Two Bulls was born on August 7, 1974 in Pine Ridge, SD to Norman Two Bulls and Leona Mae Belt. Tamera made her journey to the Spirit World on January 7, 2021 at the Sanford USD Medical Center in Sioux Falls, SD.
Tamera is survived by her children, Michael Waters, Christa Waters, Michaella Two Bulls, and Angelica Two Bulls; grandchildren, Bailey Waters and Kobe Ecoffey; siblings, Delpha Two Bulls, Leslie Two Bulls, Norma Two Bulls, Orville Two Bulls, and Rainelle Two Bulls; aunts, Virginia Yankton, Christine Provost, Marjorie Spider, Sarah Belt, and Doris Reyna; uncles, Orville Belt and Jerry Two Bulls; and special friend, Steve Martin.
Tamera was preceded in death by her parents, Norman Two Bulls and Leona Belt; paternal grandparents, Jacob and Emily (Janis) Two Bulls; maternal grandparents, Samuel and Elizabeth (Flood) Belt; brother, Floyd Rouillard, Jr.; and nephew, Floyd Rouillard III.
Pallbearers will be Serena Belt, Candace “Candee” Spider, Leona Callie, Norman Two Bulls, Dustin Two Bulls, Tyler Two Bulls, Barton Ecoffey, Jr., and Kyle Yankton.
Honorary pallbearers Waters Family, Two Bulls, Belt Family, Re-Creation Center Staff, and All Friends & Relatives.
