Nebraska had 3 players taken in this year’s NFL draft, the most since having 4 picked in 2016.
After OL Cam Jurgens and DB Cam Taylor-Britt were both taken in the 2nd round by the Eagles and Bengals, respectively, WR Samori Toure was picked by the Packers in the 7th round at #258
Toure played his first 3 years at FCS Montana, where he was an All-American, then joined the Huskers and led the Big 10 at 19.5 yards-per-catch.
That was 15th nationally and 2nd all-time at Nebraska. Toure’s 898 yards was #2 all-time for the Huskers.
