A new proposal by the University of Wyoming President Ed Seidel would reinstate spring break this year, but with students completing the rest of the spring semester remotely.
UW had canceled spring break due to complications spurred on by the pandemic, but Seidel told the Board of Trustees last week that the new schedule allows for a spring break from March 31 to April 4 with all classes held virtually after that.
Seidel says Wyoming also intends to begin the spring semester on Jan 21 with the first two days of classes online.
