Wyoming Governor Mark Gordon continues to have mild symptoms of COVID-19 five days after testing positive for the virus.
Gordon spokesman Michael Pearlman said Monday that the governor continues to work in isolation.
Pearlman also said that First Lady Jennie Gordon has tested negative for the coronavirus and is isolating separately from her husband.
Two Gordon staffers have tested positive, but all other close, recent contacts have tested negative. Gordon first showed symptoms Nov. 22 and immediately took an at-home test, followed by one at a medical clinic.
Both came back positive for the coronavirus last Wednesday, but state health officials say it’s still unclear where Gordon contracted the virus.
