The state’s total number of confirmed cases grew to 17,442 with 157 deaths and 9,949 recoveries.
Wyoming set a record for the highest number of hospitalizations for the sixth straight day at 183. The total was 147 when the record-setting string began last Friday.
The increases have filled nearly all the ICU hospital beds in Wyoming. There are zero ICU beds available at the Cheyenne VA Medical Center or SageWest in Lander, while the Wyoming Medical Center in Casper has just 2 of 19 ICU beds free.
