The Chadron Public Library kicks off its Adult Winter Reading Challenge today. Titled “Snow Is Falling, Books Are Calling,” the challenge runs until March 19.
Participants need a valid Chadron Public Library card. Those signing up today can enjoy a Hot Cocoa Bar all day at the library.
