Weather permitting, work will begin June 24 on Nebraska Highway 2 (N-2), from reference post 95+66 to reference post 112+57, according to the Nebraska Department of Transportation.
Werner Construction, LLC of Hastings is the contractor for this project. Work includes minor grading, milling and asphalt concrete paving. Traffic will be maintained with a pilot car and flaggers. Anticipated completion is Nov. 2024.
Motorists are reminded to drive cautiously in and near work zones, to buckle up, and to put phones down.
