Loading

The DOVES Program, along with the Carnegie Arts Center in Alliance, is proud to present
Embrace Courage: Tell Me Your Story, a powerful survivor art show that will run from
September 3, 2024, to October 19, 2024. This exhibit, featuring art created by survivors of
sexual, domestic, and dating violence, stalking, and human trafficking, showcases the power of storytelling through creative expression.

An art reception will be held on September 7, 2024, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Carnegie
Arts Center, and you are warmly invited to attend. This project was designed to give survivors a unique way to tell the story of who they are. DOVES understand the vital role art plays in healing, and research confirms that creative expression can support mental and emotional wellbeing. Your presence is an important part of this project because it honors and acknowledges the courage of these survivors.

The DOVES Program provides services and support for survivors. For more information about
the event or to schedule an interview, please contact Jen Ponce at 308-436-2787 or
