The start of the season is coming fast and furious for the Chadron Cardinals girls golf team as less than 48 hours after beginning their season in Sidney. This time they were in Bayard and brought home the team title, shooting a 409.
Eliana Uhing finished second with a 99 in a tournament that saw all four golfers counted for the team score bringing home a top 10 medal. Reese Ritterbush shot a 102 to finish fourth, Taegan Bach was fifth with a 104 in a scorecard playoff which saw teammate Emmerson Landreth finish seventh with the same score of 104. Gillian Conway rounded out the varsity scoring with a 115.
Next up for Chadron golf will be the Scottsbluff invite at Scottsbluff Country Club on Tuesday September 3rd.
