The Chadron Police Department made an arrest Wednesday night following a domestic disturbance call shortly after 9 o’clock.
According to police chief Rick Hickstein, officers responded to the 300 block of East Norfolk Avenue. Hickstein says that no weapons were used, however, based on the injuries observed and statements gathered from the involved parties, 36 year old Tabitha Black Elk was arrested.
Black Elk was then booked at the Dawes County Jail on a count of 3rd degree assault.
