Deborah Marie (Dismounts Thrice) Joseph was born on February 11, 1973 in Pine Ridge, SD to Gerald Dismounts Thrice and Theresa Chips. Deborah made her journey to the Spirit World on October 22, 2024 at the Rolling Hills Healthcare in Belle Fourche, SD.
Deborah is survived by her children, Arlen Hatten, Allac Joseph, Alberto Malcom, and Aleya Mehlhaff; brother, Gerald Dismounts Thrice; sisters, Diane Chips-Clark and Crystal Wounded Head; grandchildren, Sophia Conca, Celia Conca, Armani Dismounts Thrice, Durani Dismounts Thrice, and Elena Kruse; uncle, Waylon Starr, special cousin, Chanda Bordeaux; and numerous nieces, nephews, & cousins.
Deborah was preceded in death by her parents, Gerald Dismounts Thrice and Violet Theresa Chips; sons, Ruben Waters and Alberto Owen; brothers, Arlen Chips and Carlin Chips; sister, Denise Dismounts Thrice; paternal grandparents, Edward Dismounts Thrice and Dorothy Yankton; and maternal grandparents, Joseph James Chips and Evelyn Effie Bordeaux.
Pallbearers will be Alberto Malcom, Nateo Bordeaux, Anthony Howard, Allac Joseph-Dismounts Thrice, Lamaur James-Chips, and Wanbli Clark.
Honorary pallbearers will be Arlen Hatten, Matthew Hauschildt, Gerald Dismounts Thrice, and All Friends & Relatives.
Wake Services: One night wake service starting at 5:00 PM, Friday, November 1, 2024 at the Woyatan Lutheran Church in rapid City, SD with evening services starting at 7:00 PM.
Funeral Services: 11:00 AM, Saturday, November 2, 2024 at the Woyatan Lutheran Church in Rapid City, SD.
