16-year-old Antoinette White Plume, who goes by “Rosey”, was reported missing this afternoon from the Chadron area. She was last seen at Crestview Care Center at around 4:30P.M. White Plume is reported to be 5’7”, 150 pounds, wearing a black sweater and black/white jogging style pants. When she was last seen, her hair was put up in a bun.
