The Chadron City Council will hold their final meeting of 2024 tonight (12/16) at 6PM in the Council Chambers at Chadron City Hall. The meeting’s agenda is slightly longer than the December 2nd meeting.
After calling the meeting to order, roll call, and agenda approval, the council will:

- Resolution No. 2024-116 To Recommend Award of Bid for the Purchase of One (1) New 2024 or 2025 3/4 Ton Extended Cab 4×4 Pickup Truck or Chassis for the Water Department
- Resolution 2024-117 To Approve Recommendation of an Air Service Provider to the U.S. Department of Transportation to Provide Essential Air Service for the Chadron Municipal Airport
- Resolution 2024-118 To Declare Depositories and Update Signors on Depository Accounts for the City of Chadron
- Resolution 2024-119 To Approve the Maintenance Agreement Renewal with the Nebraska Department of Transportation for Maintenance of Highway US-20 for the 2025 Calendar Year
- Consider Appointments to the Solid Waste Agency of Northwest Nebraska (SWANN)
- Resolution 2024-120 To Place a Lien for Outstanding Utility Charges Against Lot 11, Houghton’s Annex to Kenwood Addition to the City of Chadron, Dawes County, Nebraska, also described as 441 N. Main Street.
- Resolution 2024-121 To Approve Writing Off Outstanding Utility Accounts due and owing to the City of Chadron
