After sweeping both games against Black Hills State last Thursday night, the Chadron State College basketball teams will be at home for double-headers this Thursday night (Feb. 6) and Saturday afternoon.
The first opponents will be the Colorado Christian Cougars tipping off at 5 oโclock with the womenโs game, while Colorado State-Pueblo will visit Saturday starting at 1 p.m.
The Chadron State men enter the February portion of their schedule with a 10-10 season record and a 6-6 Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference mark. The Eagles have had balanced scoring. Nine different players have led in scoring and five are averaging in double figure for the season.
The Chadron State women have won two of their last four games, one by 20 points and the other by 10, after breaking a seven-game losing skid. Both CSC teams rank second in the conference in free throw shooting. The Eaglesโ men are shooting 77 percent from the line and the women have made 79 percent of their charity shots.
