Billie Dawn Mills-Lessert was born on April 10, 1955 in Pine Ridge, SD to Kenny & Margie Morgan. Billie Dawn made her journey to the Spirit World on February 3, 2025 at the Monument Health Hospital in Rapid City, SD.
Billie is survived by her children, Lisa Carlow, Patrick Carlow, Jr. and Diana Lessert; spouse, Eldon Lessert; grandchildren, Patrick (Amanda) Carlow III, Alexis Carlow, Nicholas Carlow, Kaylee Lessert, Tanner Carlow, Jordan Wilson-Carlow, Balian Two Crow-Carlow, and Kayzen Lessert; siblings, David “Terry” Mills, Pat Mills, Marie Morgan, Neil Morgan, Connie Morgan, Alec Morgan, Tim, Donna, Wes, Tiffany, Julie, & Shannon Shangreaux; aunt, Thelma Bradford; and uncles, Walt, Chet, & Billy Mills.
