The Nebraska Commission on Housing and Homeless is requesting nominations for the “2025 Nebraska Affordable Housing Trust Fund Award”. Established in 2018, this award is looking to showcase and recognize projects that utilize the Nebraska Affordable Housing Trust Fund (NAHTF) to create safe, decent and affordable housing for Nebraska. This award celebrates the extraordinary accomplishments and outstanding leadership in housing and support services. The award honors individuals, agencies, projects, and programs that soar to new heights in their work to ensure safe, decent, affordable housing for all Nebraskans.
One winner will be selected per congressional district which will be chosen by the Nebraska Commission on Housing and Homelessness selection committee. Awards will be presented at the 2025 Nebraska Investment Finance Authority Housing Conference on Tuesday, April 29, 2025.
