A one-night wake service starts Thurs, June 16, at 1:00 at the Phelps residence in Rockyford.
Margaret Kay Jumping Eagle “Omani Hunska Win” was born on July 25, 1946 in Maywood, CA to Irving “Boob” Jumping Eagle and Esther (Bowen) Jumping Eagle. Margaret made her journey to the Spirit World on June 9, 2022 at her home in Porcupine, SD.
Margaret is survived by her daughters, Regina Patience Jumping Eagle and Sarina Echo Jumping Eagle; son, Gilbert Jumping Eagle; grandchildren, Fiona Jumping Eagle, Naomi Jumping Eagle, Zayne Weston, Josephina Sarina Jumping Eagle-Hernandez, Celestina Dream Jumping Eagle, Tre Jumping Eagle, and Tate Omani Jumping Eagle; and great grandchild, Issac Jumping Eagle-Garcia.
Margaret was preceded in death by her parents, Irving “Boob” Jumping Eagle and Esther (Bowen) Jumping Eagle; sisters, Ida Marie Barnes, Gale Barnes, and Iva (Yankton) Jumping Eagle; maternal grandparents, Charlie Young Booney & Ida Davis Bowen; and paternal grandparents, Oliver Jumping Eagle & Mamie (Rocky Bear) Jumping Eagle.
Pallbearers will be Frank Jumping Eagle, Anthony Rowland, Dennis Cuny, Zach Janis, Derek Puckett, Joey Browne, Michael Brown, Billy Jumping Eagle, Jr., Clemente DeLeon, Jr., and Bernardo Rodriguez, Jr.
