Funeral services for 68-year old Gary New Holy are Monday, Jan 27, 2023 at 10:00 at the St Agnes Catholic Church Hall in Manderson, SD, with Father Edmund Yainao, SJ, and Ms Joyce Tibbitts officiating.
Burial is at the Mesteth Family Cemetery at White Horse Creek in Manderson.
A two-night wake service will be held. The first night starts Sat, Jan 25, at 3:00 at the Mesteth residence in Manderson. The second night begins Sunday, Jan 26, at 2:00 at St Agnes Catholic Church Hall in Manderson. Evening services start at 7:00 both nights.
Gary Irvin New Holy was born on November 20, 1954 in Manderson, SD to Ambrose New Holy and Keva (Ghost) New Holy. Gary made his journey to the Spirit World on December 25, 2022 at the Monument Health Hospital in Rapid City, SD.
Gary is survived by his son Conway A New Holy; siblings Charlie New Holy, Wesley New Holy, Nancy Marshall, Diane Iron Bird, Judy New Holy, and Trudy New Holy; and numerous nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.
Gary was preceded in death by his father Ambrose New Holy Sr; mother Keva (Ghost) New Holy; and siblings Ambrose “Babe” New Holy Jr, Raymond “Ringo” New Holy, Eileen (New Holy) Moves Camp, and Sharon Arrowchis.
Honorary pallbearers will be all friends & relatives.
