A Pine Ridge man has pled Not Guilty to 2nd-Degree Murder in the April 1st shooting death of another man on the reservation.
20-year old Trent Brewer will remain in custody until his trial, which is set for June 13th.
Brewer is accused of killing 39-year old Alec Dillon during an argument in Pine Ridge. He fled and was eventually arrested by the FBI in North Rapid City 5 days later.
If convicted of 2nd-degree murder, Brewer would face up to life in prison and a $250,000 fine.
