      The Chadron Festival of Quilts is tomorrow through Sunday in a new location, the Dawes County Fairgrounds Event Center, but spokesman Caroline Brennan says in a very real sense it begins today with registration.
Brennan encourages everyone with a quilt, whether they made it, bought it, or got it as a gift, to enter it for display so others can enjoy it.
     While registration is a busy time, Brennan says the pace of activity will actually pick up once registration ends.
Volunteers were busy yesterday setting up the racks the quilts will be going on as well as tables and seating for the various events and activities taking place once the Festival opens its door tomorrow.
There is an admission fee, but Brennan says it’s unbelievably inexpensive.
