Federal Prison For Alliance Woman In Drug Case

Loading

A 40-year old Alliance woman has been sentenced to more than 4 years in federal prison on a drug conviction.

Senior Federal District Judge John Gerrard gave Tiffany Davis 51 months on her conviction for possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver.

There is no parole in the federal system, so Davis will serve the full term, then spend 4-years on supervised release.

U-S Attorney for Nebraska Steven Russell says a November 2021 traffic stop in Alliance led to a search warrant and search of Davis and her car, during which officers seized about 44 grams of meth – enough to justify the charge of intent to distribute.
