Michael Anthony Moves Camp was born on September 24, 1961 in Pine Ridge, SD to James Moves Camp and Ellen Winter. Michael made his journey to the Spirit World on September 30, 2023 at the Pine Ridge I.H.S. Hospital in Pine Ridge, SD.
Michael is survived by his wife Stephanie Moves Camp; children Maka U Ska & Edna Moves Camp & Family; Tasunke & Stephanie Moves Camp & Family; Wakan & Brianna Moves Camp & Family, Patrice Moves Camp & Family, Ellen Moves Camp & Family, Hotan & Shaila Moves Camp & Family, Winnie Mae Moves Camp, and Hoksila Moves Camp; brothers Sam Moves Camp, Louie Moves Camp, and Louis Winters; sister Germaine Moves Camp; and 14 grandchildren.
Welcoming Michael home are his father James Moves Camp; mother Ellen L (Winter) Moves Camp; son Tunka Moves Camp; sister Ester Moves Camp; and brothers Vernon Moves Camp and James D Moves Camp.
Pallbearers will be Akica Milk, Ken Youngman, Louis Winters III, Louis Winters Jr, James Richards, Scott Pryne, Travis Storovich, Troy Storovich, Bryan Hopkins, and Chance Winters.
