Funeral services for 59-year old Donald “Jay” Little are Wed, Oct 18, 2023 at 1:00 at the Sioux Funeral Home in Pine Ridge, SD, with Deacon Bill White officiating.
Burial follows at 2:30 at St Mary Magdalene’s Catholic Cemetery near Rockyford, SD.
Visitation precedes the funeral from 11-1:00 at the Sioux Funeral Home.

Donald Spencer “Jay” Little was born on Feb 6, 1964 in Nyssa, OR, to Donald Leroy Little and Pauline (Provost) Little. Jau made his journey to the Spirit World on Oct 4, 2023 at his home in Yankton, SD.
Jay lived most of his life in Idaho, New Mexico and Arizona. He finished gourmet chef cooking school and also worked plumbing jobs with his father Don Sr and also helped his father shoe horses.
They also attended many rodeos in the southwest and northwest region together.
Jay was a very great person with a lot of humor and was very assertive.
He is survived by his brothers Joe Little, Donald Patrick (Betty) Little, Francis Zeno Little, Edward Duane Little, and Roderick Little; sister Wanda Buckman; aunt Helena “Babe” Little; uncles Ernie Little and Mike Little; 2 children; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Donald was preceded in death by his parents Donald and Pauline Little; brother Clayton Little; sister Donette Little; paternal grandparents Wallace and Millie (Cuny) Little; maternal grandparents Albert Sr and Lema (Russell) Provost; uncles Orville Little, Edsel “Eddie” Little Sky, Richard T Little, Darrell Wayne Little, James N Little Sr, Wallace G “June” Little, Robert E “Beaver” Little, Paul Little, Willie Provost, Albert, Howard, Meadar, and Adolph Provost; aunts Nadine Little-Rendon, Adele (Little) Benson, Lavonne E Little, and Lorraine (Little) Peil.
Pallbearers will be Joseph Raymond Stimart, Seth Foley, Garrell Little, Wallace Leroy Little, Dillon “Lucky” Little, Alan Jealous, Barry Martin, and Robert “Chop” Martin.
Honorary pallbearers will be Kerri Martin, Charles Pettibone, Albert Graydean, Janet Degroot, Genene Anderson, Paul Cohen, Seth Foley, and All Friends & Relatives.
