A two-night wake service starts Wed, Nov 15, at 11:00 at the Goldie Grace Butte Creek Community Building with evening services starting at 7:00 each night.

Lucas James Brave Sr was born on August 22, 1984 in Rosebud, SD to Steve and Clarice Brave. Lucas made his journey to the Spirit World on November 9, 2023 in Rosebud, SD.
Lucas is survived by his parents Steve and Clarice Brave; children Dawn Sioux Brave, Leah Marie Brave, Camryn James Brave, Lucas James Brave Jr, Amaya Grace Brave, Parker James Busch, and Taylor Jay Brave; significant other Lacy LaPointe; siblings Charles Brave III, Michael Brave Sr, Brandon Brave, Manda Brave, Verdel “Andy” Roan Eagle, Ira Brave Sr, and Daniel Brave Sr; grandchildren Simara Charmayne Brave Hawk and Jarias James Brave Hawk; godchildren Jayda Dawn Leneaugh, Maleena Paige Brave, Daniel Ray Brave Jr, and Stormi Tucker Colombe; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, & nephews.
Pallbearers will be Charles Brave III, Michael Brave Sr, Brandon Brave, Ira Brave Sr, Daniel Brave Sr, Lucas Brave Jr, Chance Colombe, Wes Plank, and Miles Medearis.
Honorary pallbearers will be Chad Roe, Darrin Big Crow, Moses Colombe, Eli Siers, Trent Poignee, and All Friends and Relatives.
