Funeral services for 63-year old Anna White Crane-Walking are Sat, June 15, 2024 at 1:00 at the Evergreen Community Building near Porcupine, SD, with Lonnie Little Hoop officiating and traditional Lakota services by Emerson Spider Jr.
Burial is at the Native American Church Cemetery in Porcupine.
A one-night wake service starts Friday, June 14, at 2:00 at the Evergreen Community Building near Porcupine.

Anna Connie White Crane-Walking was born on April 16, 1961 in Pine Ridge, SD to Verta Black Bear. Anna made her journey to the Spirit World on June 3, 2024 in Lincoln, NE.
Anna is survived by her husband Bryan White Crane-Walking; son Brandon; daughters Briann, Laura and Kateri; sisters Wanda Richards (William Lone Elk Jr), Janice Richards (Duane J), Faith Richards, Blanche Richards, Holly Richards and Norma Bianas; brothers Ronald (Denise) Richards, Mark Richards, Bill Richards Jr, and Travis (Tamara) Richards; and grandchildren Essence Kaffner, Sage Garneaux, and Jerome Jones.
Anna was preceded in death by her biological mother Verta Black Bear; parents Geneva Richards and William Richard Sr; brothers Austin Richards, Damian Richards, Jodi Richards, and Curtis White Crane Sr; aunts Wilma Red Nest & Evelyn Brave Hawk; uncle Darrell White Crane; grandparents Jessie Black Bear-Spider and Oliver P Spider; nephews Melvin W Rouillard, Troy Richards, Eddie Lays Bad Sr, Eddie Lays Bad Jr, Ike Lays Bad, and Duane Lays Bad; and godson Wilson Coleman III.
Pallbearers will be Preston Tuttle, DJ Pourier, Billy Joe “BJ” Rouillard, Tyler Lone Elk, Julian Hernandez, Damien White Crane, Carl Red Nest, Edison Red Nest III, Michael Boerschig, and Jesse “Cholo” Ghost Dog.
