Burial is at the Winters Family Cemetery at Bear Creek in Wanblee
A one-night wake service starts Tues, June 11, at 3:30 at the T&T Center in Wanblee.

Louis Anthony Winters IV “Wiyaka Canku Hoksila” was born on May 25, 2024 at the Monument Health Hospital in Rapid City, SD to Louis Winters III and Alicia Little Bear. Louis made his journey to the Spirit World on May 30, 2024 at the Monument Health Hospital in Rapid City, SD.
Louis is survived by his parents Louis Winters III and Alicia Little Bear; brother Jordan Winters; sister Delilah Winters; nephew Anthony Winters; maternal grandmother Theresa Little Bear; paternal grandparents Louis Winters II and Carol Bad Bear; uncles Benjamin Little Bear, Eugene Winters, James Winters, Alexander Winters, Nick Morrison, Hoax Winters, Toyer Brown, Michael Winters, Carlos Winters, and Clarence “CJ” Returns; aunts Angel Winters, Josann Winters, Echo Winters, Mika Winters, and Sunshynne Winters; and numerous extended family members.
Louis was preceded in death by maternal great-grandparents Edith Garnette, Nicholas Little Bear, Louie Boy and Arlene Winters; and paternal grandparents Alex H Bad Bear Sr and Arlene Fast Horse.
Pallbearers will be Zaedyn Winters, Zane Winters, Nathan Garnette, Warfield High Hawk Jr, Kyle Yankton Jr, Alexandria Winters and Kylah Yankton Winters.
