Investigations from the Nebraska State Patrol have made another arrest in connection with a homicide investigation in Box Butte County that began last September.
The Nebraska State Patrol said in a release that in September of 2025 investigators arrested Tamara Bingham on multiple charges including first degree murder after the body of Ebram Sifuentes was found in rural Box Butte County. Investigators also arrested and charged Matthew Landreth as an accessory to a felony in relation to the homicide.
Back on Thursday, June 11th, Nebraska State Patrol investigators performed a search warrant at a location in rural Sheridan County. After the search investigators took Ruby Bingham, Tamara’s mother into custody on charges of tampering with physical evidence, unlawful disposal of human remains and accessory to a felony.
During the search investigators located methamphetamine and arrested another suspect, identified as Harley Salway for possession of a controlled substance.
Both Salway and Ruby Bigham were lodged in the Box Butte County Jail. The investigation remains ongoing.
